Request no further contact from creditor
- This letter can be sent to a bill collector or creditor when you wish no further directcontact from them attempting to collect the debt. A debtor is allowed to make this request under the Fair Debt Collection Act. NOTE: The collector may choose to file a law suit as the debtor as a response to this letter, since that type of contact is not covered by this letter. No type of communication can prevent a creditor from filling a collection action.
