Expungement of Criminal Record
- Certain types of criminal records can be removed from your record for the purposes of most types of employment. There are some rules for this, such as how long you must wait before you can apply for expungement and what types of employers will still be able to see the convictions and arrests. However, this petition will get you started and you can file it yourself without an attorney. You must file in the county where the conviction occurred and there is a fee to file.
