Healthy Start Program - Extensive information on the program to help pregnant women and new mothers. The program provides home visits from a registered nurse to give information and assistance with prenatal care, nutrition for the mother and new child, as well as parenting and problem solving skills. Since newborns don't come with a user's manual, this program is as close as you can get.
