        Document Know your redemptions rights - This is a link to the Kansas Attorney General's web page and a section on Redemption Rights following foreclosure. The term Redemption Rights refers to a period of time a homeowner can continue to live in the home, without cost, and can attempt to raise funds to repurchase the home after it has been sold at Sheriff's Sale. At the end of the redemption period, the Sheiff has the legal obligation to remove the home owner or other occupying party from the home.  Housing
