An essential component of our employment training program is a group curriculum that is comprised of workshops and one-on-one services that address life skills, soft skills, barriers to employment and job readiness. Referrals are made through the Kansas Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services.   Curriculum includes:

•  Job Club Workshop  
•  Job Seekers Workshop
• Orientation to the “World of Work” Workshop
• Setting Up a Community Service Site
• Setting Up a Work Experience Site
• Career Pipeline Workshop
• Job Readiness Workshop
• Delivering Vocational Assessments
