What is limited scope representation?
Limited scope representation means that you and your attorney agree that you will do some of the tasks related to your case, and the attorney will do others.
In certain cases, the federal government will cancel all or part of a school loan. This practice is called Loan Forgiveness. Here are some programs out there and how to learn more about them.
