The Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) is a benefit for working people with low to moderate income.
To qualify, you must meet certain requirements and file a tax return, even if you do not owe any tax or are not required to file. EITC reduces the amount of tax you owe and may give you a refund.
A third of Americans qualifying for EITC are newly eligible.

What is limited scope representation?
Limited scope representation means that you and your attorney agree that you will do some of the tasks related to your case, and the attorney will do others.
Kansas Courts make a variety of resources available to self represented litigants. This website also has a page of links to many resources and forms if you want to "do it yourself."
This set of forms, attached below in a downloadable Word document, is useful for filing a quiet title action.
This may be needed when there is a problem that comes up after someone applies for a title to the vehicle through the DMV. Quiet Title may help fix some snags related to those issues.
