Crime Victims Rights

The Kansas Office of the Attorney General provides information for victims of crime. If someone was charged with a crime against you, this is what you can expect from the prosecutors' office. Often, the prosecutor will have someone in their office who is responsible for communicating with you and helping you with the process.
