In-house counsel at Koch Inc. are helping hundreds of low-income residents every year get their driver's licenses reinstated or their criminal records expunged in Kansas, where Koch is based in Wichita, as well as across the U.S. where it has offices, to help restore their access to services and job opportunities.
Guidance for Pro Se Minor Name Changes
This guide is intended to help people residing in Kansas legally change the name of a minor child without the representation of an attorney.
The Kansas Attorney General's office, separate from Kansas Legal Services, has several special divisions to protect Kansans in many ways. The office has a division called Consumer Protection to help protect consumers from fraud and exploitation and educate Kansans on their rights and responsibilities as consumers.
